Kalkan is a small, stylish harbour town set in a natural amphitheatre surrounded by the dramatic Taurus Mountains. Kalkan has a small attractive pebble beach, or visitors may choose one of the beach clubs set around this peaceful haven to relax at the waters edge. In the bay, the clear waters are ideal for all forms of water sports and boats can be hired for fishing, diving or lazy days at sea.
The famous Patara beach (18 kms of sand) is 30 mins from the villa; dramatic Kaputas cove, a secluded sandy beach at the foot of a ravine is 5 mins away. The ancient sites of Xanthos, Letoon, Pinara and Tlos are all close by.
